éva Santé is a training institute for nursing assistants (IFAS) with an ultra-innovative training system.
The organization offers teaching 2.0, by way of worked-linked training and mostly distance learning (35 days of presence in IFAS over 18 months of training).

Its objectives:

• To improve the attractiveness of the care sector, of “taking care” and of its training
• To contribute to the evolution of teaching practices
• To allow the development of the skills of learners and employees.

Its ambition is to train caregivers with strong human values, whose vocation is to help the most vulnerable.

Thanks to the digitalization and the reduced time of face-to-face training that e-learning implies, the training courses allow learners domiciled in the Grand-Est region to carry out their learning and their internships in establishments in this same region.This facilitates access to training for students living far from city centers. The reception of apprentices in establishments far from the training centers is simplified.
