Galileo Global Education Corporate Services' commitment

Galileo Global Education Corporate Services (hereinafter “GGECS”), a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of 5,000,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 838 943 074, whose registered office is located at 3, rue du Colonel Moll, 75017 Paris, France, is one of the companies belonging to the Galileo Global Education group, the world leader in private higher education (hereinafter “the Group”).

As the publisher of the website https://www.ggeedu.com, GGECS is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship for people with disabilities, and Decree No. 2019-768 of 24 July 2019 on the accessibility of online public communications services for people with disabilities.

To this end, GGECS implements the strategy and actions defined in the following documents:

The website https://www.ggeedu.com is not compliant with the French General Accessibility Improvement Reference (Référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité — RGAA), version 4.1, adopted by ministerial order of 20 September 2019. In the absence of a valid accessibility audit, the level of compliance with the applicable criteria cannot currently be assessed.

Compliance test results

The website https://www.ggeedu.com has not yet undergone an accessibility audit. The percentage of RGAA 4.1 criteria met is therefore not currently known.

4.1 Non-conformities

In the absence of an audit, non-conformities with RGAA criteria have not yet been fully identified and documented. GGECS undertakes to commission an audit as soon as possible and to update this section accordingly.

Should any be applicable, each exemption will be documented by specifying the content or feature concerned, the nature of the disproportionate burden, the duration of the exemption and, where available, the accessible alternative offered to the user.

4.3 Content not subject to the accessibility obligation

No content is currently exempt under the exceptions set out in RGAA Article 1.2.2. This section will be updated if necessary following the accessibility audit.
